Why Ofee

The longevity market is crowded. Here's where we fit.

Most longevity options make you choose between clinical depth and everyday convenience. Ofee was built so you don't have to. We bring advanced testing, physician review, and personal coaching together on one platform, and nearly all of it happens from the comfort of your home.

At a Glance

Clinical depth, coordinated from home

Ofee gives you access to advanced lab work, genetic and epigenetic testing, microbiome analysis, and diagnostic imaging, all reviewed by our physicians. Everything is coordinated from home, and when you need imaging, we arrange it at one of our partner centers.

Results that turn into a plan

Test results on their own don't change much. With Ofee, every result feeds a personalized plan reviewed by our physicians, with coaching and supplements to help you act on it.

Everything in one place

Your imaging, genetics, microbiome, wearable, and meal data all live in a single dashboard. Because it's all connected, your care team sees the full picture of your health instead of one piece at a time.

The usual way vs. the Ofee way

Taking your longevity seriously usually means building your own system: a clinic for one test, a lab for another, a few apps, and a folder of results that nobody connects. Here's how that compares with doing it through Ofee.

What to solve Piecing it together yourself With Ofee
Where it happens You travel between separate clinics, labs, and imaging centers, each with its own appointments and wait times. Almost everything happens from home. When you need imaging, we schedule it for you at one of our partner centers.
Your data Your results are spread across patient portals, PDFs, and apps that don't talk to each other. Your labs, imaging, genetics, microbiome, wearable, and meal data all live together in one secure dashboard.
Who connects the dots You do. It's up to you to figure out what each result means and how it relates to the others. Our physicians, coaches, and AI work together to interpret your results as a whole.
Your plan You may get general advice, if you get a plan at all. You receive a personalized plan across medical, diet, exercise, and recovery, reviewed by our physicians.
Follow-up Follow-up happens whenever you remember to book it. Follow-up is built in, with regular check-ins and a full re-evaluation every three months.
Coaching If you want coaching, you hire a separate trainer, nutritionist, and recovery specialist. Your recovery, nutrition, and exercise coaching all work from the same plan. Premium and Elite members work with live coaches, and Standard members get AI-guided coaching with live sessions available.
Supplements You pick products on your own and hope they're the right fit. You receive physician-curated formulas matched to your results.
Cost Testing alone can run about $5,000 to $8,000 a year, before any physician or coaching time. One membership brings your testing, physician review, and coaching together, starting at $95 a month.
Biomarker Spotlight

Up to 700+ biomarkers. Tracked, integrated, and explained.

A routine physical often looks at a few dozen markers. Ofee's Elite plan tracks more than 700, and our Premium plan more than 600, across lab work, epigenetics, and nutrition. More data points give our physicians a fuller picture of how your body is aging and where you have room to improve.

On both Premium and Elite, that starts with more than 160 lab tests, with testing twice a year, along with an epigenetic analysis of more than 460 biomarkers across 21 body systems, also performed twice a year. Elite adds more than 105 nutrition and metabolic biomarkers, tested twice a year, covering vitamins, antioxidants, healthy fats, amino acids, toxins, inflammation, and oxidative stress.

Beyond biomarkers, your plan also includes microbiome and genetic insights. Premium and Elite members receive more than 70 gut and oral microbiome health scores and genetic screening across more than 15,000 conditions, while Standard members start with more than 25 gut health scores and over 130 genetic reports.

Cost of DIY

What it costs to piece this together yourself

Every test in our Elite plan can be bought on its own although the testing alone adds up quickly, and that's before you've spoken with a single physician or coach.

Comprehensive full-body MRI$2,500-$4,000
Chest CT with calcium scoring$100-$350
Multi-cancer early detection blood test$690-$825
Comprehensive lab panels, twice a year$365-$500
Epigenetic aging test, twice a year$600-$1,000
Gut and oral microbiome testabout $400
Comprehensive genetic screening$380-$1,000
Totalabout $5,000-$8,000 a year

That's six or more providers, six or more logins, and a stack of results that nobody connects for you. Ofee's Elite plan includes all of that testing, plus a cardiac CTA, a nutrition biomarker panel, and methylation testing. It also includes physician consults and 87 one-on-one coaching sessions a year with your recovery coach, trainer, and nutritionist, all in one plan and one dashboard for $15,000 a year or $1,250 a month. And if you're just getting started, our Standard plan begins at $95 a month.

What makes Ofee different

Home-first

Everything except imaging happens at home, on your schedule. Your test kits and blood draws come to you, your consultations happen over telehealth, and when you need an MRI or CT, we arrange it at one of our partner centers.

One platform, not five apps

Your wearables, lab results, meals, genetics, and imaging all feed into a single intelligence layer. Instead of switching between apps and portals, you see your whole health picture in one place, and so does your care team.

Physicians + Coaches + AI, together

Our AI finds patterns across all of your data, our physicians review every plan, and our coaches help you follow through day to day. Each plays a different role, and together they turn your data into a plan you can actually live with.

No quick fixes

We don't chase trends or promise overnight results. Every recommendation is evidence-guided and tied to your own data, because lasting change comes from consistent habits built around what your body needs.

Honest fit

Who Ofee isn't for

Ofee is built for people who want to take an active role in their health from home. If you'd rather have a dedicated concierge physician you see in person every month, an in-person concierge practice may be a better fit, and we're happy to refer you to one of our in-clinic partners.

Common questions

Do I still need my primary care doctor?

Yes. Ofee is designed to complement your existing care team, not replace it. We encourage you to keep seeing your primary care doctor and to share your Ofee results with them.

Are at-home tests accurate?

Your samples are processed by CLIA-certified partner laboratories, which meet the same federal standards that apply to hospital and clinic labs. Every result is then reviewed by our clinical team before it becomes part of your plan.

Can I bring results I already have?

Yes. You can upload past labs, imaging, and medical records, and we'll fold them into your Ofee profile so your plan reflects your full history. Our physicians will review up to 5 reports from the past three years on Standard, up to 10 from the past five years on Premium, and up to 20 from the past five years on Elite.

What if I want in-person care?

We're happy to help. For imaging, we schedule your scan at one of our partner centers. For other hands-on care, we'll refer you to one of our in-clinic partners.

Is Ofee available in my state?

Our Standard plan is available in all 50 states. Some physician services in our Premium and Elite plans, including prescriptions, are currently available only in select states. During your assessment, we'll confirm exactly what's available where you live.

Does the cancer blood test replace my regular cancer screenings?

No. The multi-cancer blood test, included in Elite and available as an add-on with other plans, adds an extra layer of screening. It doesn't replace the screenings your doctor recommends, such as mammograms or colonoscopies, and we recommend continuing those on your regular schedule.

See it on your own data.

The best way to understand what Ofee can do is to try it. The free assessment takes about 5 minutes, no card required, and it's the first step in building your personalized Ofee health profile.
